The components of the 10 meter (33-foot) high bronze statue of Alexander the Great sitting astride his horse Bucephalus were placed early Tuesday in the fenced area where the construction of the unfinished pedestal is still underway. The statue that city authorities called 'Warrior on a horse', with the pedestal will be 22-meter (72-foot) tall in total.
