Protest against their acute impending deportations occupied about 50 Sinti and Roma along with supporters the Memorial to the Sinti and Roma Victims of National Socialism in Berlin's government district. The Roma families announced to want to protest until they get the right to stay. In talks with the Director of the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe Uwe Neumaerker, the Green member of the German Bundestag Volker Beck and others they trying to get the permission to stay at least until the next morning to stay on at the memorial. By order of the president of the Bundestag began shortly after midnight the police eviction of the protest. An hour earlier jumped two Roma in the water basin of the monument to protest agains the planed eviction of the occupation memorial. Immediately after this, a woman who also jumped in the water became a strong epileptic seizure. She was supervised on site by paramedics and doctors, Because of the concern that they will be deported directly out of the hospital, she refused a transfer to hospital.

Protest against their acute impending deportations occupied about 50 Sinti and Roma along with supporters the Memorial to the Sinti and Roma Victims of National Socialism in Berlin's government district. The Roma families announced to want to protest until they get the right to stay. In talks with the Director of the Foundation Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe Uwe Neumaerker, the Green member of the German Bundestag Volker Beck and others they trying to get the permission to stay at least until the next morning to stay on at the memorial. By order of the president of the Bundestag began shortly after midnight the police eviction of the protest. An hour earlier jumped two Roma in the water basin of the monument to protest agains the planed eviction of the occupation memorial. Immediately after this, a woman who also jumped in the water became a strong epileptic seizure. She was supervised on site by paramedics and doctors, Because of the concern that they will be deported directly out of the hospital, she refused a transfer to hospital.

In Gespraechen u.a. mit dem Direktor der Uwe Neumaerker, dem Leiter der Stiftung Denkmal für die ermordeten Juden Europas und dem Gruenen Bundestagsabgeordneten Volker Beck versuchten sie zu erreichen, zumindest bis zum naechsten Vormittag auf am Mahnmal bleiben zu koennen.
