It emerged today that Model William Levy is being sued for 'sexual battery of a minor'
A male model known as the 'Brad Pitt of Cuba' has denied having an affair with Jennifer Lopez.
William Levy, 30, made a shirtless appearance in the pop star's new video I'm Into You, which was filmed in Mexico in April.
The American Idol judge, 41, was shown cosying up to him in sensual beach scenes filmed at Turtle Beach.

Levy separated from his wife of eight years, Elizabeth Gutierrez, a month after the shoot.
Today he dismissed reports he is dating the star, who announced her separation for Marc Anthony on Friday.
A spokesperson for Levy told TMZ: 'The only relationship there was or is, is a professional relationship. ThatÕs all thereÕs ever been.'
The telenovela actor raved about working with the singer after the video shoot.
'It was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. She is a very sincere and fun person,' he said at the time.
'The truth is I had a really great time,' he added. 'It was wonderful to see that someone so huge could be so down to earth, in addition to being really funny.'
Meanwhile, it emerged today that
Levy is being sued for 'sexual battery of a minor.'
Court documents state that on July 19, 2010, Levy, 'with deception and trickery' lured an unnamed plaintiff, into coming back to the Hilton Hotel in Glendale, California and forcing her to perform a sex act on him.
However, Levy is claiming the encounter was consensual.
According to court documents filed by Levy, the plaintiff 'gave consent to any and all alleged acts' and that the alleged victim 'wilfully, fraudulently, and maliciously deceived [Levy] into believing that she

A juvenile goldfinch photographed at the RSPCA wildlife Rescue centre at West Hatch, Somerset. One of the UK's prettiest birds, the goldfinch (Carduelis carduelis) is a stunning creature. The young don't have the characteristic reds and golds of the parents, but they are cheeky in interested little birds. This individual posed for the pictures looking around like a professional model and stayed in place for the few minutes of the shoot.

An adorable project shows the baby birds of Britain in the first days of their lives.
Wildlife photographer Gavin Parsons has worked closely with UK rescue centres to capture chicks bought in for care.
He has spent the last three years photographing some of the baby birds bought into Folly Wildlife Rescue in Sussex and the RSPCA Wildlife Rescue Centre West Hatch in Somerset.
Each year hundreds of hatchlings are bought to rescue centres either after their nests have been disturbed or when they have been mistakenly picked up by well-meaning members of the public after they have fledged.

THE UPSIDE DOWNY FACE PROJECT
When a quirky photographer wanted to turn the traditional portrait on its head, he decided to take the idea literally and snap people suspended UPSIDE DOWN.
W. Brandon Voges roped in his mates to pose for him, but only if they agreed to be strapped by the ankles to a winch.
The result is a bizarre portfolio of head shots in which the subjects look odd as their features are distorted by gravity and veins bulge in foreheads as the blood rushes to their heads.
Brandon, 33, from St. Louis, Missouri, usually shoots pictures for advertisements, but likes to try out weird projects as a hobby.
Explaining the project he calls Upside Downy Face, he says: "I started thinking of things I could do for an out of the ordinary portrait. Hanging people upside down and showing them right side up came to mind.
"I really liked the idea of having portraits that the viewer would look at and not immediately know what was "off" about it, just that something wasn't right, and have them try to figure it out. Some are more obvious than others."
Brandon asked friends and colleagues to volunteer to be hooked onto a 1/2 ton remote winch secured to the ceiling of his studio.
He says: "I sent out an email to friends and colleagues explaining what I intended on doing, and asked if anyone was interested in coming in to be a part of it. I was surprised how many people were interested in helping out, or passing the information along to others.
"One of the interesting things was how quickly people became comfortable. At first, everyone was very timid upside down off the floor, but once they realised it was safe, I heard "Ahhh, this feels great on my back" quite a few times.
