The voices of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s two young children have been heard in an emotional tribute video to the family pet dog which has passed away.
Guy the Beagle was seen in the recent trailer for Meghan’s new Netflix cookery and chat series.
Meghan, 43, shared a tribute video to Guy on Instagram.
It ends with two young voices, believed to be son Archie, five and daughter Lilibet, three, singing :” 'We love you Guy and we'll be true, when you're not near us, we're blue!'
The Duchess of Sussex posted home video clips along with stills in a montage.
She admitted she cried "too many tears to count" and thanked her pet for years of "unconditional love”.
Photos show Guy huddling up with Meghan in bed, enjoying cuddles with Harry and keeping the Duchess company as she tucks into making jam.
She wrote on Instagram to accompany the montage: “In 2015, I adopted a beagle from a dog rescue in Canada.
“He had been at a kill shelter in Kentucky and given a few days to live. I swooped him up….and fell in love.
“They referred to him as ‘the little guy’ because he was so small and frail, so I named him ‘Guy’. And he was the best guy any girl could have asked for.
