Ein Schwärmer bei der Nahrungssuche in einem Blumengarten / 210818 *** An incredibly rare flight and feeding shot of a hummingbird hawkmoth feeding on a bright pink flower in a garden in Shropshire. Wildlife photographer Andrew Fusek Peters used a shutter speed of 1/5000 of a second to capture the sharp and intimate pics of this migrant, day-flying moth that is often compared to a hummingbird as it feeds on flower nectar. With its wings beating at 85 beats per second it is also incredibly hard to freeze in flight.
