U Sandimar orphanage in Twantay township near Rangoon. The death toll from Myanmar's cyclone keeps rising with 3,480 more people killed, bringing the death toll to almost 32,000. More than 29,000 people remained missing. Twenty percent of the country's power supply has been restored and traffic has gone back to normal.
