Place Your Bets On Who Will Be The Next Pope
With the new pope still to be decided betting on just who will be Benedict XVI's successor is heating up.
According to bookmakers Paddy Power the decision is set to be the biggest non-sporting event the company has ever taken bets on.
Currently Cardinal Peter Turkson of Ghana and Archbishop Angelo Scola of Italy are the neck-and-neck odds on favourites.
Meanwhile, the UK's Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Conner comes somewhat further down the list with odds of 150/1.
Someone with even less chance of making the cut is U2 star Bono, who has been given odds of 1000/1.
As well as the identity of the new pope, people are also able to bet on his age, his nationality, what his papal name will be, when the conclave will start, how long it will last, and even when the first foreign visit will take place.
