    A hovercraft is set to take its driver back to the future – after being modelled on the iconic DeLorean sports car from the movie series.It may not be able to whisk occupants through time but it has a respectable top speed of 31 miles per hour / 50 kilometres per hour on the water.The vehicle, inspired by the car used in the three movie time travelling adventures of Marty McFly and its inventor Doc Brown, has just been sold for $45,000 USD.The hand build craft is the work of American Matt Reise.Ten percent of the sale proceeds will go directly to the foundation set up by Back to the Future star Michael J. Fox funding the research into Parkinson’s disease from which he suffers.
