Arab terrorist blew up part of the Jewish Agency Building in Jerusalem last Thursday . In the havoc of the explosion and the fire which followed ten Jews are known to have died and 86 others injured . The explosion occured soon after a blue sedan car , bearing the US Consulate numbers and flying the Stars and Stipes , had swept into the horse shoes curved drive in fron of the building . The Arab driver was seen to leave the car and a moment or two later two packing cases he left behind blew up with terrific force . Seen here casualties being brought away after the explosion .

GERMAN GUN KNOCKED OUT IN BREISACH BATTLE
Photo Shows: Although concealed among the trees round the moat at Neuf Breisach, this German self propelled gun was located by Allied artillery and destroyed. Neuf Breisach, Rhine town in Alsace, was almost totally destroyed in the bitter fighting which raged before the Germans were thrown out, and civilians who have returned are living in a fortress. the enemy dive bombed the ruins of the town.

US Eighth Air Force heavy bombers pounded German road and rail supply lines and Luftwaffe air bases on 24 December in a record two thousand heavy bomber assault on Germany. Here the town of Bitburg, Germany, just behind the German front, receives heavy concentrations of bomb hits as the B24 Liberators and B17 Flying Fortresses give direct support to the Allied troops fighting just a short two miles away.
