Young Alexus Morris was left seriously injured and unconscious as the driver of the vehicle failed to stop and sped off along the street. Her six-year-old cousin Regan McMinn, narrowly escaped injury in the hit-and-run incident in Tonge Moor, Lancs., on Saturday evening (18).
