An electric bike that features a built-in workbench has hit the market. The Ösa features a large gray bar extending out from underneath the seat. This uni-bar, modular clamp-on, system lets users attach baskets, bags, tools and more to create over 1,000 different possible configurations according to Swedish manufacturer CakeThe Ösa also doubles as a power station on wheels, enabling the rider to be completely independent, off-the-grid with users able to plug in tools and devices like a real workbench.Whether that’s a carpenter charging power tools to build a cabin, or a DJ hosting an impromptu concert in the forest, the possibilities are endless. In town, the package delivery service or the pizza delivery guy may execute clean last-mile deliveries in cities around the world. The heavy duty battery takes three hours to full charge from flat. There are two options, a long version giving a range of 120 km and a lean version giving 75 km.Top speed is 45 km/h.Both come with 5V (10W) integrated power outlet for phones, tablets and other small electronic devices, a 12V (180W) integrated outlet for computers, speakers and other medium duty electronic devices and finaly a 110V/220V (2000W) outlet via external adapter for heavy duty electronic devices
