TWO HELD OVER OBAMA ASSASSINATION PLOT
US authorities have foiled a plot by two neo-Nazi skinheads to go on a killing spree that would ultimately culminate with the death of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
The two white supremacists involved planned to kill 88 people - 14 by beheading - before attempting to kill Obama. The numbers 88 and 14 are symbolic in the white supremacist community.
Daniel Cowart, 20, and Paul Schlesselman 18, were arrested by police in Tennessee on 22nd October on unspecified charges.

Court documents show that the pair planned to target an unidentified predominantly African-American school during their killing spree.
Following this they would then drive toward Obama "shooting at him from the windows" of their car.
Agents seized a rifle, a sawed-off shotgun and three pistols from the men when they were arrested. Authorities also alleged that the pair were preparing to break into a gun shop to steal more.
"Both individuals stated they would dress in all white tuxedos and wear top hats during the assassination attempt," the court affidavit states. "Both individuals further stated they knew they would and were willing to die during this attempt."
The two men apparently met over the internet about a month ago and found common ground in their shared "white power" and "skinhead" philosophy.
Their plot has been described as being neither ver...
