[Caught out by the spring tide on Good Friday shortly after 2pm, Stacey Hayes, from Leyland in Lancashire, had to be winched to safety by a rescue helicopter from a cliff face between Green Bay and Porthcurno Beach. Three other holidaymakers, including her concerned boyfriend, Adam Neal, also from Leyland, had moments earlier been rescued by an RNLI boat from the bay after they were effectively cut off by the tide. [Caught out by the spring tide on Good Friday shortly after 2pm, Stacey Hayes, from Leyland in Lancashire, had to be winched to safety by a rescue helicopter from a cliff face between Green Bay and Porthcurno Beach. Three other holidaymakers, including her concerned boyfriend, Adam Neal, also from Leyland, had moments earlier been rescued by an RNLI boat from the bay after they were effectively cut off by the tide.
