Vibrant and playful exhibition design, including analogue and digital interactives for visitors, from a corn wheel of fortune to a multiplayer digital game where visitors can create their own future of food.

This exhibition explores how scientific advances in ecology and biotechnology are creating more sustainable ways of growing, making, cooking and eating food for the future.

Through over 100 historic and contemporary objects (from ancient bread to cell-grown meat), the exhibition showcases the evolution of food science and technology.
