February 18, 2020, Yokohama, Japan: Passengers are seen on the quarantined cruise ship Diamond Princess anchored at the Daikoku Pier Cruise Terminal in Yokohama, south of Tokyo. Japanese health minister Katsunobu Kato, said during a press conference on Tuesday, people on board who test negative for the new coronavirus would start disembarking from Wednesday.
