    He was to have entered via the back way,driving himself but stopped and took time out to speak to a life long Everton support (John Corish,who describes himself as over 21) who travelled especially to see Mr Moyes from his home town of Liverpool.
    Mr Moyes kindly volunteered to sign the shirt of an emotional Mr Corish,before chatting to him and thanking him for his support.

    BASEL -CARNIVAL-The 'Morgestraich', a magical parade of huge illuminated lanterns, marks the start of Basel's masked carnival (Fasnacht). The ghostly goings-on begin at 4 o'clock in the morning in the darkness of the city centre.

    BASEL- FASNACHT-Der 'Morgestraich' ist der Auftakt zur Basler Fasnacht. Das gespenstische Treiben beginnt um 4 Uhr morgens in der abgedunkelten Innenstadt.

    BALE- CARNAVAL-Il debute par le 'Morgestraich'. Ce defile costume assez fantomatique commence a 4 heures du matin dans le centre ville obscurci. Extinction des lumieres de la ville, il n y a plus que les lanternes ! Les « cliques » circulent dans la vielle ville la nuit.
