Pop star Justin Bieber unveiled his newest tattoo – and admitted wife Hailey Baldwin was not too keen on him having it done.The inking of a rose is on the right side of the 26-yearold hit-maker’s neck.He was happy to show if off to Ellen DeGeneres when he appeared on her daytime talk show in the USA.He confessed that when he told Hailey , 24, of his plan for the new tattoo she told him:” Wait a month and if you still want to get it then get it.”He said he did wait a month and then went out and got it done.Asked by Ellen why a rose, and if it had a special meaning, he said:” Well to be honest, I made a meaning because I just like the way it looks.“But it’s kinda like finding the beauty within the roughness.“But honestly , Hailey doesn't want me to get any more neck tattoos.”
