As well as transporting VIPs it will also be available for sponsors, media, organisations and some lucky fans.
The deal will see Archer also build take-off-and-landing hubs, known as vertiports, for key venues.
It will also give support for emergency services and security.
The summer games, including the Paralympics, are expected to see LA host more than 15 million visitors.
Midnight is Archer’s piloted electric air taxi designed to carry up to four passengers while producing less noise and emissions than a traditional helicopter.
