A wig maker has become a record breaker — by making the world’s widest hairpiece.
It measures 3.65 m wide and trails all the way to the floor.
It was made by professional wig maker Helen Williams ,31, from Nigeria and took her just over a month to complete but many more to plan and design.
It’s made from more than 800 bundles of auburn hair.
Helen said: “I am very proud of myself.
“As a professional wig maker, I look forward to breaking many more records in the wig category.
“ I enjoy taking on difficult tasks, it makes me a better person and I learn new things.”
Helen, 31, made her very wide wig mostly by hand but used a sewing machine for some parts.
She stitched it all together on the framework with needle and thread and attached over 1,000 rhinestones.
OPS: Helen was inspired by seeing Drew Barrymore wearing a previous world record widest wig on the Jimmy Fallon talk show in 2017.

The world’s largest doughnut had been created — 1,500 times bigger than a normal sized one.
And it is based on animated TV hero Homer Simpson’s favourite pink iced sweet snack.
It was cooked up by social media chefs Nick DiGiovanni , 27, and Lynn Davis , 75, both based in the USA, known for their viral cooking videos on TikTok.
Lynn is best known as Lynja and her channel cookingwithlynja has 17.3 million followers and 301.6m likes, while Nick’s channel nick.digiovanni has 11.4 m followers and 346.4m likes.
To set the record, Nick and Lynn found the perfect doughnut to replicate, the iconic pink frosted Homer Simpson-style doughnut.
While researching their creation, Nick and Lynn came across something called a doughnut cake so decided to incorporate the idea into their baking masterpiece.
Nick said it was a “perfect harmony of doughnut and cake: two of the best foods in the entire world.”
