US president Donald Trump’s real estate empire has announced a one billion dollar landmark development in Saudi Arabia — inspired by New York’s Central Park.
The mixed-use Trump Plaza in Jeddah will combine premium residences, serviced apartments, grade-A office space and exclusive townhouses
A Central Park-inspired green space will anchor the project, bringing what the Saudi developer Dar Global describes as “Manhattan-style vibrancy” to the city.
It will be the second Trump-branded development in Saudi Arabia, following Trump Tower Jeddah launched in 2024 and now under construction.
Trump Plaza Jeddah will be located along King Abdulaziz Road in the heart of the city and it is claimed it will transform the skyline with a “world-class” mixed use community.
A Central Park-inspired landscaped park running the length of the development will anchor the residences and serviced apartments.
A Dar Global spokesman said: “Designed to redefine urban living in Saudi Arabia, Trump Plaza Jeddah integrates living, working, and leisure into one seamless destination.”
