However she is best known for her role as Valene Ewing, which began on Dallas in 1978 then continued in the Knots Landing spinoff of the series in 1979. However she is best known for her role as Valene Ewing, which began on Dallas in 1978 then continued in the Knots Landing spinoff of the series in 1979.
