STUDIO - Jeremy Pang Homestory
Chef and author Jeremy Pang, at his home in Wimbledon, South-West London. His School Of Wok cookery school recently launched stir-fry kits that are on sale in British supermarkets. Jeremy and his wife Dee began house hunting in south-west London while his business was expanding in 2014. Their three-bedroom house was built in the late 1950s and features modernist design, open-plan interiors and communal gardens. Symphony Group and AEG, who sponsor Jeremy, supplied all the kitchen essentials, and he says having both a conventional and a steam oven has slashed cooking times. The open plan living room with large patio windows provides a view of the back garden creating plenty of light to fill the space.

The plant life in the glasshouse includes shimmering bromeliads, dangling Heliconias, flamboyant red Anthuriums and cascading orchids. The array of food plants for the butterflies includes Calliandra, Lantana with their dainty clustered flowers, Justicia, Pavonia and Pachystachys.
