To date hotels have been built on more than 80 islands in different atolls. The largest has rooms for about 800 guests, the smallest for about 14. More resorts are in the planning. This will give the populations of all the atolls a share in tourism. All hotels are island hotels. Paradise Island Resort on Lankanfinolhu, North Male Atoll.
