THE PAINTED CALENDAR GIRLS
A group of 'calendar girls' have immortalised one of Britain's most ancient and important coastlines with paintings done on an unusual canvas - their own bodies.
The 12 women enlisted the help of body painter Mark Gannon to use their nude bodies as canvasses for pictures illustrating sights that can be seen along the Jurassic Coast.
Durdle Door, Portland Bill Lighthouse, Golden Cap and Sandford Castle were just some of the iconic landscapes that were captured on the women's faces, backs and bottoms.
The idea originated with 61-year-old Cheryl Reynolds and was all done in aid of charity.
The Jurassic Coast is a World Heritage Site that stretches 95 miles from Orcombe Point in East Devon to Old Harry Rocks in East Dorset.
