Despite the chilly outlook and lows of -3c today, queues form at Primark in Brighton, East Sussex on England’s 2nd day of unlock-down as pubs, bars, restaurants, stores and hairdressers continue to welcome customers. Last week, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that non-essential shop, restaurants with outside seating, hairdressers and gyms can reopen from yesterday after 4 months of Covid-19 lockdowns.

Lockdown eases and England slowly re-opens a little more.
BLACKPOOL, 12 April 2021 - Visitors riding on Infusion at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in Lancashire as theme parks, non-essential shops, hairdressers reopen and pubs, cafes and restaurants are allowed to serve food outside as the government gradually eases the coronavirus lockdown restrictions in England.
